Andrea Jean Collinsworth, age 69 of Monticello passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at her home. She was born on Saturday, October 27, 1956, in Monticello to Charles and Barbara (Watts) Jensen, they preceded her in death.

Andrea was a 1975 graduate of Twin Lakes Schools in Monticello.  She worked for RCA in Monticello and was retired from Emerson in Monticello after 29 years.  Andrea doted on her three granddaughters and was a huge supporter of the Twin Lakes Color Guard Program for decades.  She loved watching Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy with her Sweatpea, Tatum and any shared interests with her girls.  

Surviving family includes her children, Andrew "Andy" Collinsworth of Lafayette and Wendy Carter of Monticello; three granddaughters, Tatum Carter, Kamryn Carter and Finley Collinsworth. Also surviving are sisters, Paulette Upton (companion, Bill Benow) and Penny Scott all of Monticello; nieces, Charity (Richard) Tackett and Becca (Ed) Cramer and great-nieces Sarah Tackett, her son Winston and Aurora Cramer.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Barbara Jensen and one brother, Kenny Jensen.

A gathering friends and family will be held from 4p.m. until 6p.m. on Monday, May 11, 2026 at Deibels Funeral Home, 601 Gordon Road, Monticello, Indiana.
