Arlette Galilea Valle, 25, of Monticello, Indiana, died very unexpectedly at 5:30 a.m. on Sunday, September 6, 2026, in a car crash in rural Brookston, Indiana.
Arlette was born on Saturday, March 24, 2001, in McAllen, Texas, to Rey Raul Valle and Arabel (Delgado) Valle. They survive.
Arlette attended and graduated from Harrison High School and enjoyed fulfilling a fire science class receiving her Firefighter I, certificate. She was very active and loved to play soccer, softball, track and field while in high school. She did sheet metal work and operating work with the SMART Union Local 20. She then settled down and enjoyed her career at Egg Life. Arlette started Egg Life in June of 2025 and was a Pasta Operator level 3. Surviving along with her parents are her brothers, Rey Raul Valle, Jr, Obbie R. Valle, and Anzel Valle all of Monticello, Indiana; maternal grandmother, Paulina Muñoz of Kokomo, Indiana; paternal grandparents, Alberto and Maria Del Carmen Valle of San Juan, Texas; maternal great grandmother, Adela Soto De Muñoz; maternal aunts, Maria Muñoz of Chicago, Illinois, Miriam (husband Jason) Crain of Kokomo, Indiana, maternal uncles, Jose Soto of Texas, Alejandro Delgado of Zebulon, North Carolina, and Cesar Delgado of Jemison, Alabama; paternal aunts, Norma (husband Moises) Ramirez San Juan, Texas, Ana (husband Francisco) Uresti of Monticello, Indiana, Bertha (husband Jose Luis) Guel of Houston, Texas, and Aimee (husband Artemio) Estudillo of Monticello, Indiana; paternal uncle, Juan Alberto (wife Sandra) Valle of San Juan, Texas; several great aunts, great uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Arlette was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Sirenio Delgado; maternal great grandmother, Donaciana Delgado; maternal great grandfather, Pablo Muñoz; paternal great grandmother, Dionicia Alvarado and great grandfather, Heriberto Perez, paternal great grandmother, Guadalupe Perez, and paternal great grandfather, Alberto Valle, Sr.; maternal great uncle, Urbano Muñoz; maternal great aunt, Francisca Franco; maternal cousins, Alberto Muñoz, Jennifer Soto, Jose Antonio Soto, Steven Gallegos, Jose Cruz, and Daniel Cruz.
A gathering of family and friends to celebrate the life of Arlette will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at The Shed at Pine View Golf Course, 5310 Norway Rd., Monticello, IN 47960.
Private family services will take place at a later date.
