Beth Ann Clifford, 61, of Monticello, Indiana, died peacefully at 7:50 p.m., on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, in her residence with her loving family by her side.
Beth was born on Monday, October 14, 1963, in White County, Indiana, to Janice (Phegley) and R. Wayne Long.
On Saturday, March 17, 1990, in the Yeoman United Methodist Church she married Thomas "Tom" Clifford. He survives.
Beth was born and raised in the White County area. She was a 1982 graduate of the Twin Lakes High School of Monticello, Indiana. Beth went on to work at Tru Flight Arrow, Bassett Rotary Tool, Monticello Spring, and she then went back to retire from Easton Tru Flight all of Monticello, Indiana. Beth was known for being a great mother and grandmother. She loved her fur baby Ruby.
Beth is survived by her husband, Tom Clifford of Monticello, Indiana; sons, Charlie Clifford of Monticello, Indiana, Adam Cottrell of Monticello, Indiana, and Quentin Cottrell of Monticello, Indiana; grandchildren, Gabe and Isabelle Cottrell both of Monticello, Indiana; brothers, Dave (wife Diane) Mann of Monticello, Indiana and Ron Mann of Monticello, Indiana; sister-in-law, Sherri (husband Rick) Kindle of Monticello, Indiana; sister-in-law, Chris (husband Bob) Hurley of Indianapolis, Indiana, Paula (husband Terry) Crossett of Brookston, Indiana; brother-in-law, John (wife Carla) Clifford of Pauline, South Carolina; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
Beth was preceded in death by her parents, Janice (Phegley) and Wayne Long, mother and father-in-law, Charles and Betty Clifford, brother Mark Mann
A gathering of family and friends and private family burial will take place at a later date.
Memorial donations may be given to American Lung Association of Indiana (12800 Meridian St., Suite 125, Carmel, IN 46032). Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
