Eleanor Ann Haro, one month old, was cradled into God's loving arms at 9:13 p.m. on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at the Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. Eleanor was born with a rare condition called Galen Malformation.

Born on Saturday, May 31, 2025, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to LeAnn (Leonard) and Edgar Haro. They survive.

Baby Ellie was as strong as she was beautiful, she fought each and every day far surpassing her doctors' expectations.   She may have been seen by few but was loved by so so many.

Eleanor is survived by her parents, LeAnn and Edgar Haro of Flora, Indiana; brother, Elias Haro, at home; maternal grandmother, Teresita Leonard of Lafayette, Indiana; paternal grandparents, Pedro and Maura Haro of Lafayette, Indiana; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Eleanor was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Michael Justin "Mikie" Leonard.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 4:30 p.m. until the time of service at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at the Deibels Funeral Home of Monticello, Indiana.

Rosary and the Reading of the Catholic Liturgy will be conducted at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at the Deibels Funeral Home of Monticello, Indiana with Father Dan Duff officiating.

Burial will be private for the family.

Memorial contributions may be given to the family. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home or can be mailed to 601 Gordon Rd., Monticello, IN 47960 C/O Haro Family.
