Isaac Austin "Ike" Nightingale, 28 of Monticello, Indiana, died on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at 10:00 p.m. in Indianapolis, Indiana at the Methodist Hospital with his family by his side.
Isaac was born on Tuesday, October 29, 1996, in Monticello, Indiana to Jessica E. (Nightingale) Bondarevich and Tracy M. Bondarevich, she survives, and Tracy preceded him in death.
Ike attended school at Twin Lakes of Monticello, Indiana. He received his diploma June 15, 2018, from Excel Center of Lafayette, Indiana. Ike was known for his drawings, telling stories, and writing his own stories. He was huge into music, karaoke, and was an excellent gamer. Ike wore his heart on his sleeve and would do anything for anyone, right or wrong. He was true to his family and enjoyed game nights with them. Ike loved to spend time outdoors and fishing. Isaac knew his Bible and could recite scriptures better than most.
Isaac is survived by his mother, Jessica E. Bondarevich of Monticello, Indiana, sisters, Kaila Eller of Monticello, Indiana, Misty Sharp of New York, Hope Wingerter, Johanna Wingerter, and Tiffanie Wingerter of Tennessee, brother, Jax Nightingale of Lafayette, Indiana, little buddies, Titan and Waylen Nightingale, maternal grandparents, Isaac (wife Mona) Nightingale of Monon, Indiana and Gregoria Smathers of Kentucky, aunts, Becki Gibson of Tennessee, Monica "MiMi" Nightingale of Monticello, Indiana, Star (husband Jim) Nightingale of Lafayette, Indiana, and Amanda Nightingale of Lafayette, Indiana, several nieces, nephews, great nephew, cousins, and friends.
Isaac is preceded in death by his father, Tracy M. Bondarevich, sister, Brieanna Wingerter, paternal grandparents, maternal great grandparents, John and Betty Nightingale.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 12:00 (noon) to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at the Deibels Funeral Home of Monticello, Indiana. In honor of Testicular Cancer, join the family in showing support by wearing your (purple) casual attire.
A Celebration of life service will follow on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. with Pastor Tom Dewlen of the First Assembly of God of Medaryville, Indiana, officiating.
In lieu of flowers and gifts memorial donations may be given to his mother, Jessica Bondarevich. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home or can be mailed to 601 Gordon Rd., Monticello, Indiana 47960 C/O Nightingale Family.
