Kenneth Fisher, 72, of Monticello, Indiana, entered eternal rest at 1:50 p.m. on Monday, October 13, 2025, at the White Oak Health Campus of Monticello, Indiana with his loving family by his side.

Ken was born on Thursday, April 9, 1953, in Logansport, Indiana to Beatty H and Patricia Ann (Swadener) Fisher. They both preceded him in death.

Ken was graduate of Purdue University in Mechanical Engineering and worked for many years on jet engines for GE Aerospace.  He later in life gained a teaching certificate and taught high school math in Terry, Montana. Ken had a lifelong love of photography and the outdoors, and was an avid cyclist.

Ken is survived by his son Paul Fisher of Cambridge, Massachusetts; Paul's mother, Sheryl Bringman of Cincinnati, Ohio; siblings, Mary Beth Morris, Jon Fisher, Ed Fisher, Tom (wife Sharon) Fisher, Cindy Fisher, Jim (wife Kathy) Fisher, Anita (husband Rusty) Hicks, and Stephen Fisher all of whom grew up in Monticello, Indiana; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends across the country.

Ken is preceded in death by parents, and brother Philip H. Fisher.

A celebration of Ken's life will be held on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. followed by a gathering of friends and family until 6:00 p.m. at Deibels Funeral Home of Monticello, Indiana. Family requests "Casual attire and Hors d'oeuvres, ice cream, and beverages will be available."

Burial will be conducted in the Spring Vale Cemetery of Lafayette, Indiana.

Memorial contributions may be given to the White County Food Pantry.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home or can be mailed to 1856 N. Francis St. Monticello, IN 47960.
