Robert Earl "Bob" Miller, 70, of Lafayette, Indiana, died on Sunday, March 1, 2026, at his residence.

Bob was born on Monday, May 30, 1955, in Lafayette, Indiana to Earl and Marilyn (Stortz) Miller.

Bob was born and raised in West Lafayette, Indiana. He was a 1973 graduate of Harrison High School when he gained the nickname Farmer. Bob had worked in the farming community all of his life. His passion and love for agriculture were truly passed down as both of his boy's work in ag to this day. Bob enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson in his free time. Bob could be found in his later years supporting his grandson's dreams in baseball and train watching. He enjoyed spending time with Kris and Evan talking about the future of farming and trucking.

Bob is survived by his sons, Kris Miller of West Lafayette, Indiana and Kirk (Ashley) Miller of Otterbein, Indiana; grandchildren, Ryan Miller of West Lafayette, Indiana, Ella, Kolin, Blake, and Layla Miller of Otterbein, Indiana; sister, Linda Barrett; brother, Roger (Penny) Miller, and Randy (Joan) Miller; nieces and nephews, Brooke, Evan, Drew, and Nikki; several great-nieces and nephews.

Bob is preceded in death by his parents.

A private family service will be held at a later date.

Burial will be private for the family.
